A few Acouspade directional speakers have recently been installed at the The Cryptography Museum in Moscow. Cryptography is the science of information security, so the museum tells the story of its evolution through the history of communications.
The exhibition consists of four sections and is structured in reverse chronology, from modern times to antiquity. Upon entering the museum, you will find yourself in the familiar world of the internet. From the digital age and computers, the route will take you to the industrial era, when radio, telephone, television, and telegraph were invented. Then, to the era of pre-machine cryptography, when letters were the primary means of transmitting information. And finally, to proto-cryptography—the birth of the very idea of written communication between people through alphabetic systems and symbols. A separate, fifth section of the Museum is dedicated to the history of the building and the people whose lives were connected to it.
