FAQ
Ultrasonic apps
What can I do if the application crashes?
If you have an older device, iPhone 1G or 3G, then the Ultrasonic apps may crash due to low memory. This can be fixed by rebooting the device and starting the application again.
If you want to help, you can send us more information about a crash. Send us a mail explaining your problem. Your mail should contain the following:
- what were you doing
- what happened
- what did you expect instead
To obtain the crash report from your device, sync your device with iTunes and check the following location on your host machine:
- For Mac Users: /Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/"iPhone name"
- For Windows Users: Application Data/Apple Computer/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice/"iPhone name"
See Apple's detailed instructions on how to obtain a crash report from your device.
Additionally, using the iPhone Configuration Utility, you can get the console log of the device: select your device from the list, go the "Console" tab, and press the "Save Console As…". Open the text file and copy the content of the console in your email.
